A man has been sentenced following seizure of cannabis with street value of nearly £150,000.
On 15 March this year after officers from the Yorkshire and Humber Regional Organised Crime Unit and Humberside Police executed a warrant at a property in Humberside.
Inside the property, officers discovered a sophisticated operation of cannabis plants across all 3 ground floor rooms and 3 of the upstairs rooms in the house.
A total of 165 plants were seized, with a street value of £148,500 and the electricity in the property had been tampered with.
Drilon Loka, 27 of Lambert Street, Hull was arrested and subsequently charged with being concerned in production of a controlled drug.
On 17 April, he appeared at Hull Crown Court and was sentenced to 10 months in prison after pleading guilty at a previous hearing.

“This is another example of our determination and commitment to disrupt individuals who are cultivating and supplying drugs into our communities.”
