Five charged following raids across Cheshire yesterday

This morning (Friday 6 September), five men have been charged with drug offences following warrants and arrests across Cheshire yesterday morning (Thursday 5 September) as part of an investigation into Class A and B drug supply.

Under Operation Goblet, the raids were carried out by officers from the North West Regional Organised Crime Unit, supported by Cheshire Police.

Following a search of properties, officers recovered large amounts of cash, drugs and seized high value items including jewellery, watches and vehicles.

Five men from Cheshire were arrested and have now been charged with drugs offences. They are: 

• Stephen Lloyd, 36, of Stanthorne Place, Middlewich has been charged with Conspiracy to supply Class A (cocaine) and B drugs (cannabis) and possession of criminal property
• John Collins, 36, from Sandbach has been charged with Conspiracy to supply Class A (cocaine) and B drugs (cannabis) and possession of criminal property
• Jack Miller, 35, of Minshull New Rd, Crewe was charged with conspiracy to supply Class A drugs (cocaine)
• Owen Lloyd, 25, of Chambers Street, Crewe was charged with conspiracy to supply Class A drugs (cocaine)
• Konrad Kupczysk, 27, of Brooklands Grove, Crewe was charged with conspiracy to supply Class A drugs (cocaine), possession with intent to supply cannabis and possession of amphetamine.

They have been remanded into custody and will appear at Chester Magistrates Court this morning (Friday 6 September).
