The Government Agency Intelligence Network (GAIN) is a collaboration of law enforcement partners and government agencies and partners who work together to tackle serious and organised criminality.
The network disrupts criminality by sharing intelligence, exchanging information and undertaking joint working in a single whole system approach.
Each region is represented by a coordinator who works closely with local police and partners to identify and coordinate opportunities for multi-agency working and disruption activity.
GAIN is a vital tool in the fight against serious and organised crime. By working together, the network help authorities better understand the threat, meaning a greater ability to disrupt those involved.
