A man extradited from Verona to the South West last December has today pleaded guilty to his role leading a conspiracy to supply cocaine across the region.

An investigation by the South West Regional Organised Crime Unit (SWROCU) showed Arlend Titini, 32, from Turnstone Gardens, Southampton, played a leading role in an organised crime group supplying the drug across Dorset and Hampshire and up to Cumbria.

A second man, Korab Skepi, 23, from Bellevue Road, Southampton, who worked directly to Titini, also pleaded guilty at a separate hearing at Bournemouth Crown Court this morning (26 February).

Skepi has been remanded in custody since his arrest in January 2025 when 3.1kg cocaine and £24,000 cash was seized following a warrant at his home. A notebook found at his address detailed his daily drugs and cash deliveries. Evidence from his phone showed he reported directly to Titini.

Titini and Skepi are both remanded in custody and due to be sentenced alongside three co-conspirators on 20 April.

DCI Adam Smith from SWROCU said: “The fact all five members of the organised crime group have now pleaded guilty shows the strength of evidence our investigators secured against them.

“They mistakenly thought they could run a cocaine ‘lab’ and stash houses in our region for largescale supply, making themselves huge profits.

“During our investigation, we’ve seized nearly 30kg of cocaine and taken £167,000 cash off them.

“And following sentencing, we’ll turn our attention to stripping any wealth or assets funded through this conspiracy.”
